just what exactly made chris and jen's wedding so fantabulous?! because it was, undeniably, from start to finish . . . nothing short of fantabulous.
hmmm. . . here, in no particular order, is our list of all things fantabulous:
~ a vibrant, unique, stunning color scheme . . . jen is a graphic design artist and a photographer . . . and wow did she put her talent to use! ~ a mountain of friends (groomsmen, bridesmaids AND wedding belles . . . Jen, were the "wedding belles" your own invention?!) ~ a private moment by the DUMPSTER . . . yep, you read that right . . . chris and jen meet at this very spot each sunday morning before church service (and rumor has jen is sometimes late) . . . so what better spot to feast your eyes on one another on the big day?! ~ and as photographers, we loved how much chris and jen love pictures! so much so that they took the time to visit some favorites spots in columbia and were willing to sit anywhere, anyhow . . .
(these next few by annika: breathtaking!)
~ loved ones with a sense of humor ~ a chance for us to photograph a wedding in The Crossing's sanctuary . . . we've documented many weddings of couples who belong to The Crossing, but this was the first we've shot in the church itself . . . hurray! ~ chris and jen both work at the University of Missouri's Rec Center, so we splashed around a bit there en route to the reception at Stoney Creek Inn: ~ a go-team that included Natalie Imhoff of The Bridal Solution (sporting the cowboy hat) and DJ Aric Bremer with (of course!) the microphone (and by the way, both Natalie and Aric just happen to be past SilverBox clients . . . go team!) ~ BIG laughs, BIG hugs and BIG kisses all night long!
